Meikles Hotel (Hyatt Regency)

 

The following activities were carried out as part of the Meikles Hotel (Hyatt Regency) renovation project:
Demolitions: We strategically and safely demolished existing structures and features that were deemed redundant or required changes in accordance with the new branding.
Brickwork: New brickwork was erected to construct walls, archways, and other architectural elements that adhered to the new design specifications.
Plastering: Smooth, even surfaces were created by applying layers of plaster to the brickwork and other surfaces, ensuring a high-quality finish.

The Meikles Hotel in Zimbabwe underwent a rebranding process to become the Hyatt Regency, requiring extensive renovations. Our team was entrusted with carrying out various construction activities, including demolitions, brickwork, plastering, skimming, and painting works, to meet the hotel’s new branding requirements.

Project Brief: The client wanted to create space for a bonded warehouse inside an existing structure.

What We Did: We completed fencing works to facilitate the creation of a bonded warehouse within the client’s existing structure.

Young Africa Chitungwiza

Paving, Tiling, and Painting Works

Project Brief: The college wanted to upgrade its Wellness Centre and ECD department (Early Childhood Development) by installing a fabricated Chromadeck steel veranda.

What We Did: We provided paving, tiling, and painting services for the upgraded Wellness Centre and ECD department at Young Africa Chitungwiza. Additionally, we installed a fabricated Chromadeck steel veranda.
